Can I buy just one service or is it a bundle?
Buy just one. Each service is scoped and priced independently, so you can start with, say, factory verification and add sourcing later if it makes sense.
How do you charge?
Fixed fee per phase, agreed in writing before the engagement begins. No percentage of order value. No commission from factories.
Which product categories do you cover?
Consumer electronics, home hardware, gifts and promotional goods, and mid-complexity assembled products. I decline categories where I don’t have a working supplier network.
Do you work with buyers outside the US and Europe?
Yes. Most clients are US and EU based, but I also work with buyers in Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
