Process
How inspection runs
01
Checklist prep
Turn your spec into a product-specific inspection checklist with named critical / major / minor defects.
02
On-site inspection
AQL sampling at the factory, photo and video evidence, live functional tests where applicable.
03
Written report
Same-day summary, next-day full report. Clear pass / conditional / fail verdict.
04
Rework or release
If failed: rework plan agreed with the factory. If passed: release the shipment with confidence.
Why work with Hansen
A quieter kind of sourcing — the one you actually wanted.
Shenzhen-based, PRD-wide
On-the-ground presence across the Pearl River Delta manufacturing hub — factories are hours away, not oceans.
No hidden commissions
I work for the buyer, not the factory. Audits and quotes are transparent; incentives are aligned with your outcome.
Spec-to-sample, in writing
Product briefs, tech packs, and pre-production samples with clear acceptance criteria — not verbal promises.
Pre-shipment QC
Independent inspections against AQL and your own spec, with pass/fail evidence — before the container leaves.
Questions buyers ask
Frequently asked.
Can I book QC without using your sourcing service?
Yes. QC is offered as a standalone service, priced per man-day plus travel from Shenzhen.
What AQL levels do you use?
Default is 2.5 / 4.0 / 6.5 for major / minor / cosmetic. We adjust based on product category and your own risk tolerance.
What happens if the shipment fails inspection?
You get a written failure report and a rework proposal. I do not pressure buyers to release failed shipments.
